Piperton is a city in Fayette County, Tennessee with a population of 1,445 at the 2010 census. Piperton is in the southwest corner of Fayette County and is bordered to the west by Collierville in Shelby County, to the east by Rossville, and to the south by Marshall County, Mississippi. The Piperton city limits and its boundary contain many of the interchanges along Highway 385 and Interstate 269 as they cross the western border of Fayette County.

The Ghost River State Natural Area is located only a few miles to the east of Piperton where visitors can canoe and kayak along the Wolf River. The Miller House is a renovated 1840 home with a rich history of being used as a hospital for union soldiers during the Civil War is available as a venue for weddings, retirement parties, corporate events, and other gatherings.
